How we build your home
1 – Plans & quote
We meet you on site and go over everything — from access to alternative accommodation — then come back with clear plans and an honest fixed quote.
2 – Consent & site prep
We firm up the plans and handle the council consents, then lay the slab and get the prenail framing on site.
3 – We build it
You get a projected build programme and you're welcome at on-site meetings at key stages. We keep you posted the whole way — weather included.
4 – Handover
A pre-handover walk-through to sort any defects, a settlement statement, then handover day — where we pop the champers to a job well done.
