How a restoration with us works
1 – Check the bones
Before anything else we assess the home's structural soundness — foundations, piles, framing and floors — so we know exactly what we're working with and there are no nasty surprises later.
2 – Protect the character
We take time to understand your home's era and architectural style, so we can preserve and restore the original features that make it what it is — mouldings, trim, timber and finishes.
3 – Fix the hidden problems
Rot, leaks, borer, damp and failing services get put right at the root. We test for lead paint and asbestos where older homes might have them, and manage any removal safely and to regulation.
4 – Warm it up
We upgrade insulation and install energy-efficient windows and heating, so the house is warmer, drier and cheaper to run — without changing the look you love.
5 – Bring in the modern comforts
