How a reclad with us works
1 – On-site assessment
We inspect the cladding, check for moisture and rot, and work out exactly what's failed and why — no guesswork, no scare tactics.
2 – Plan, quote & consent
You get a clear plan with timelines, materials and a fixed cost. Recladding needs building consent, and we handle the council side for you.
3 – Reclad & repair
Off comes the old cladding. We replace any rotten framing, install a drained cavity and insulation, then reclad with the finish you've chosen.
4 – Sign-off & guarantee
A final inspection, a Code Compliance Certificate, and the Halo 10-Year Guarantee. Then it's a warm, dry, watertight home for the long haul.
