We are family
Established in 2015, RB Thomas Limited is a small family-run construction company run by Jake and Faye Thomas. Being small makes us nimble — we move more efficiently to deliver awesome work, while keeping a lid on overheads, which saves you money.
Rain or shine, we love nothing more than bringing your dreams to life and the smiles that come with them.

We’re members of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association (NZCB) — the only builder association with strict entry criteria, including minimum qualifications and background checks. So you can be sure your job’s in good hands.
That membership also gives you access to Halo, a comprehensive 10-year residential guarantee — on top of the 10-year implied warranty under the Building Act 2004. Your investment’s covered, both ways.
