Cost-certain by design
Because our barn-style homes are based on proven plans, they're more cost-certain than a one-off custom design — the design work is done and the build is well understood, so there are fewer unknowns to price for. Per square metre, expect costs in a similar range to other quality new builds (commonly $3,000–$4,500/m², a broad 2026 guide), with the simple barn footprint helping keep things efficient.
