6 Months' Rent On Us — Terms

RB Thomas Ltd (“RB Thomas”, “we”, “us”) will contribute towards the residential rent paid by an eligible client for a period of up to six (6) months while their new home is being built by RB Thomas, subject to these terms.

The offer is available for new build contracts signed on or before 30 November 2026, or until the offer is withdrawn, whichever is earlier.

• The client must enter into a new residential home build contract with RB Thomas.
• The build must be located in the Waikato region.
• The client must be renting a residential property under a current tenancy agreement during the construction period.
• The offer does not apply to renovations, restorations, recladding, extensions, commercial work, or contracts entered into before the offer period.

• RB Thomas will contribute towards the client’s actual weekly rent, up to a maximum of $1,000 per week.
• The contribution runs for up to six (6) months, or until practical completion of the build, whichever is sooner — to a maximum total contribution of $26,000.
• Only rent genuinely paid by the client during construction is covered, on evidence of payment.

The rent contribution is applied as a credit against the final contract sum, on production of a current tenancy agreement and evidence of the rent paid for the relevant period. It is not paid to the client or landlord as cash.

• One offer per client and per build. It is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other RB Thomas offer or discount unless we say otherwise in writing.
• The rent contribution does not form part of, or reduce, the agreed build contract price.
• RB Thomas may amend, pause or withdraw the offer at any time. Builds already contracted under the offer will not be affected by a change or withdrawal.
• RB Thomas’s decision on eligibility is final.
